With the new user interface design of their coin counting kiosks, Coinstar also required an update to their extensive service screen UI. Every screen required an update, with the opportunity to refine and improve the workflow, screen design and process. Existing service functionality was to be maintained, with addition of the new look and feel, as well as an easier, more predictable navigation structure. The objective: make servicing more efficient by reducing keystrokes and the number of screens for each task.
